He has over 22 years of total experience out of which more than 20 years of experience is in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Inspira Realty, he was associated with top real estate companies like Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. and Oberoi Realty Limited.

Mohammed Mueen Mohammed Naeem Haindade
Budgeting & Estimation Head

Mueen brings over 24 years of experience in costing, Budgeting and billing. He has worked with Corporates like Birla Estates, Kalpataru. He has costed for projects from scratch to hand over of buildings with good control over software like CostX, AutoCAD using tools like SAP. He has also set up Costing and Budgeting system in his previous organisations. He has identified key cost drivers and potential financial risks and taken corrective measures wherever possible.
